The team behind the project is developing and will include creative professionals from multiple provinces and international bases. The project intends to have full participation of arts groups from the National Capital Region who have expressed initial interest.

Besides this core creative group, the project has:

An Advisory Board comprised of community leaders, who will bring support, depth and range to the development of the project;
An Administrative Group comprised of writers, editors, administrative and funding professionals;
A Venue / Stakeholder Group comprising representatives of the National Institution exhibit venues and representatives of stakeholders associated with the site.

Vision: Chaudière is currently in the process of gaining not-for-profit status.
